Technical introduction of this rotational mould for the rotaional moulding boat, 

When to make the rotational mould, shown in attached picture, much consideration in technical features, had been pre-approved, before tooling process started.

It is a rotational mold, weighing 2200 kgs for each halve, consisting of modular rotational mould sections.

Rotationally moulded boat or rotomoulded kayak must be of water proof, and rotomolded parts are to be assembled together like a solid stone.

It did take much of our time and thought, and great effort, to go through all the difficult technical problems, and finally presented a useful and easy-handling rotational mould to our customer.

The technical achievments we made in this rotational mould includes, 

1st, heavy aluminum casting, up to 2 tons;

2nd, CNC milling method to mill a cast of 3.8 in diameter and 1.5 meters in height;

3rd, mudular parts to be assembled like one-piece casting;

4th, satisfying alignment betweeen two rotational moulded halves;

5th, almost zero porosity on the cavity of the rotational mould;
