To make aluminum rotational mould for a project, requring foldable feature and assembly funcation, upon our experience, it is very important to make sure that they are reviewed professionally at the design stage.

Normally, it is to check the rotating center for foldable features, and appliance of the assembly features, during which, must consider the molding performance of the rotational mould, and how rotomolding works, which approved a saying that rotomoling is more likely to be an art.

When it comes a table, with a flat top, it is necessary to understand, 

* how the table will be used by the end user, 

* must consider features backing up the flat top, 

* Kiss-off feature will cause apparent indent, not appliable!

* accurate cavity wall thickness, ensuing an even wall thickness, which helps to form the flatness.
