We have made more then a dozen of roto molds for heavy machinery industry, including rotomolded engine pallet, rotational molded transformer shipping case, diesel tank molded by rotomolding, rotomoulded bumper, huge water tank and roof on tractor, and etc.
Although each project has their own characteristic and special technical requirement, they do have important criteria in common, which is an high accurancy for all assembly features and well controlled rotomolded outter shape.
To achieve them, apart from technical design and mechanical capability, it, what's more, requires the ability of looking into and working into details consistently.
